CAPE MAY COURTHOUSE – College students of Atlantic Cape Group Faculty’s Academy of Culinary Arts program are getting a first-hand look and hands-on expertise in conducting skilled cell meals operations by taking their skills into the neighborhood within the faculty’s Let’s Chow meals truck.
As the primary a part of a neighborhood outreach initiative, eight culinary college students enrolled within the Cell Retail Meals Operations module at Atlantic Cape’s Cape Might County campus, visited The Branches Outreach Heart in Rio Grande on March 2 to offer freshly-cooked meals for native aged, homeless and marginalized people and households within the county.

The Let’s Chow meals truck (www.letschow.org) has been utilized since March 2022 as a software to show culinary arts college students about cell meals operations. The eight ACA college students are divided into two groups and deal with creating regional barbecue types of Southern delicacies for his or her scholar generated menus.
