Large White has added considered one of Canada’s famend cooks to its roster.

Six Levels Bistro and Underground Pizza, situated on the mountain resort, welcomed chef Shelley Robinson as the brand new culinary director earlier this week.


Educated at Dubrelle French Culinary Academy and Vancouver Neighborhood Faculty, Robinson is a TV, radio, and movie star chef character. She was the 2014 winner of Meals Community’s Chopped Canada and a competitor on Prime Chef Canada, in response to a press launch from the bistro.

Over the course of her profession, she has been a Canadian delegate for Sluggish Meals in Turin, Italy, co-authored 4 cookbooks, and been featured in varied publications corresponding to Avenue, Western Residing, and Eat North.

Robinson and Six Levels share the philosophy that meals ought to carry the last word pleasure to those that eat it, in response to the press launch.

She is “excited to discover her imaginative and prescient for genuine alpine delicacies at Six Levels and convey her distinctive spin to new flavours for Underground Pizza.”
