Six Levels Bistro and Underground Pizza, situated on the mountain resort, welcomed chef Shelley Robinson as the brand new culinary director earlier this week.
Educated at Dubrelle French Culinary Academy and Vancouver Neighborhood Faculty, Robinson is a TV, radio, and movie star chef character. She was the 2014 winner of Meals Community’s Chopped Canada and a competitor on Prime Chef Canada, in response to a press launch from the bistro.
Over the course of her profession, she has been a Canadian delegate for Sluggish Meals in Turin, Italy, co-authored 4 cookbooks, and been featured in varied publications corresponding to Avenue, Western Residing, and Eat North.
